Our Impact

Real stories of capability in action

Celebrating Australia’s leading councils

Every partnership, every project, and every council we work with helps build Australia’s climate-ready workforce.
Through collaboration, innovation, and leadership, councils are creating workplaces where sustainability and resilience thrive.

Our impact page celebrates these stories: from Environmental Employer Value Propositions that showcase progressive councils, to learning partnerships and real-world examples of capability in action.

Case Studies & Projects

Our local government Climate Capability Framework defines the skills, knowledge, and behaviours councils need to deliver on climate, sustainability, and resilience goals. It provides a practical roadmap for embedding these capabilities across the organisation, from leadership and governance to operations and community engagement.
